Yet it pulls no punches in its exciting aromas and flavors of kirsch liqueur, roasted garrigue, black raspberries, incense, charcuterie, and licorice, and is about as quintessential Grenache as you can get. Excitingly concentrated, intense, perfumed, and layered with incredible balance, this full-bodied beauty should reach its peak in 2-3 years and keep for at least a decade afterward.

Layers of dried spice accentuate raspberries and cherries in this full-bodied, rich, velvety wine. It’s more complex and fuller than the Combe des Fous or the Sancto Santorum, longer on the finish, and supremely elegant.
