From the entry to the finish, it develops with a thousand sweetnesses, offering in the mid-palate the largest volume ever seen on this vintage. As usual, the tannicity is wonderfully enveloped. Impossible to spit.

The Château Haut-Batailley, is a french estate located in Pauillac in the Gironde. Fifth Cru Classé, Pauillac. The vineyard of Château Haut Batailley has 22 hectares.

The estate was purchased by the Borie family, also owned castles Grand-Puy-Lacoste and Ducru-Beaucaillou. Currently directed by François-Xavier Borie, the wine is aged for 16-20 months in oak barrels, partly new (30-40% depending on the year). . The second wine is called Chateau La Tour L'Aspic.
