Château informations
The house Gelas and Son have a selection of Armagnacs, which was initiated by Pierre Gelas here now 60 years. These assemblies are either reduced to 40% / flight left at their natural level, and filtered before bottling. Through his experience and his knowledge of various soils, he established a range of brandies varied. The main principle is innovative for the time, was to bottle the brandy cask, ie the degree of aging and unfiltered. For some batches, the dates of bottling are very old. The house offers Gelas et Fils brandy at a time deemed optimal for its aging.
