Fully mature, this lovely, ripe, fleshy, fruity La Dominique has a cedary, spicy, herb-and-oak-scented bouquet, medium body, light tannins, and a soft, supple, spicy finish. This is a well-rendered wine that will keep and continue to drink well for another decade.
