 Pale color. Fruity nose, with a touch of candied white fruits. Very nice caressing entry in the mouth, then the wine develops delicately silky, very fruity, with a melting body and complex flavors. Great finish full of freshness, with a background of candied lemon. Delicious and original wine.

 Wonderful concentration and vibrancy in this vintage. Precision and depth here with intense apricot and pomelo fruit with a finish of fresh herbs. The second sample tasted blind was lean and quite reserved on the nose; much less expressive than the bottle tasted at the chateau. The palate offers a creamy mid palate with citrus and ripe stone fruits. A balanced wine that is drinking well now even in its youth.

 Herbal, creamy citrus. Green fruits on the palate, super fresh and only just in balance. Very dry, very fresh, could do with more fruit in the middle. The freshness gives persistence. Hard to know how it will age though the Dom de Chevalier whites generally age very well.
