Jean-Marc Quarin December - 1990
Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark red. Black reflections. Bright. Evolved, slightly less intense than the 83. Clean. Medium intensity. Discreet. Notes of very ripe fruit. Appears closed. Clean. More intense. Overripe. Radiant hint. Smoky nuances then leather and wood on a fruity base. Soft, clean and fruity attack developing on a fleshy structure, straight in form, with a soft tactile contact. Slow evolution on very well-balanced tannins and particularly clean flavors. It flows smoothly without the harshness of the 83. Finishes gently. Could be more concentrated but it's very good today. Can be tasted.

A slightly tough red. Dark ruby-garnet in color, with an amber edge. Cherry, black mushroom and earth aromas. Medium- to full-bodied, with very hard tannins and a slightly astringent finish.
