Expert's opinions

87 / 100
Jean-Marc Quarin
(10-1991) Brick red color. Vermilion. Low intensity. Evolved. Brilliant. Intense nose. Bouquet of aging. Very dominant animal tones of leather. A touch of fresh cream. With vegetable agitation. Soft and fairly fleshy attack. Development on a round structure, incredibly fleshy for the vintage which evolves slowly on an oval-shaped finish, with melted tannins not very fruity but quite tasty. Long aromatic persistence of wood, fruit stone and fairly sweet spice. Surprising for the vintage.
