Jean-Marc Quarin December - 2005
Jean-Marc Quarin
Evolved color. Medium intensity. The nose is very reduced and really needs aeration. It smells like "chicken droppings" as the English would say! On the palate, the first few seconds offer a surprising suave sweetness. The wine caresses on a medium body and lacks amplitude. The finish is a little austere, even though the tannin is not coarse.
