The history of Bollinger, founded in 1829 in Champagne in the village of Aÿ, is that of a family who has always passionately defended a unique know-how. The famous "Aunt Lily", who presided over the destiny of the House from 1941, established very strict quality rules that would guide, from then on and still today, the leaders who would succeed her.
