The bell on the Château Angelus label recalls the moments of contemplation of the eponymous prayer. She is the symbol of Castle Angelus. Even if it is touched up with gold and modernized behind its elegance, it expresses the values of tradition and high standards, in the service of the reputation of Château Angelus.

(02-2000) Dark red color. Medium intensity. Very evolved. Nose of medium intensity. Discreet. Pepper. Round and warm on the palate like a Saint-Emilion, tannic, oily and smoky, with a grainy character in the tannin. It's long but not the end. For the record, this wine was aged in vats! Not bad is not it ?
(07-2002) Very, very deep crimson with a brick rim. Minty, almost Australian! Sweet and gentle. Not for me, but admirable.
Information on the vintage 1982 red Bordeaux: 5/5 A milestone. It was the first really important and well-timed vin de garde since 1970. The big guns still have fire power and length of trajectory.
