Domaine des Sénéchaux Châteauneuf du Pape. Located in the well-known commune of Châteauneuf du Pape, Domaine des Sénéchaux benefits from a sandy-clay soil with a south/southwest exposure. The grape varieties were harvested very early, with the harvest beginning in late August, to maintain a perfect balance of "acidity, alcohol, and freshness". The Domaine des Sénéchaux blend is a subtle and complex mixture of Roussanne, Grenache blanc, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. The light yellow color has golden reflections, clear and beautifully bright. The nose is very expressive, evoking floral notes, white-fleshed fruits (vine peach), and spices, enhanced by a lovely woody touch.
