Golden yellow. Clear. Medium intensity. Fine. Fruity. Floral. Fresh. Pure. This wine behaves like the previous one (without botrytis). It changes mid-palate by gaining more height and then, on the finish, when it becomes savory and very, very finely honeyed. The texture is noble, the taste that of fresh apple. Beautiful savory length and always a tannic zest.
