Château Château Corbin Michotte
Château Corbin Michotte
Château Corbin Michotte Primeur Grand Cru Classé, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Château Corbin Michotte Grand Cru Classé, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Jean-Noël Boidron, owner, inherited his passion for wine from his family, established at Château Calon since 1855. With rigor, Jean-Noël Boidron crafts his wines in harmony with nature, through vineyard plowing, severe pruning, removal of defective grape clusters, manual harvesting, and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging for 12 to 18 months in new Allier oak barrels. The resulting wines are well-balanced, with intense color, fruit and spice aromas, and present but delicate tannins. Château Corbin Michotte produces wines for aging that evolve over time, offering complex tertiary aromas for the greatest satisfaction of wine enthusiasts. They are recognized by French and international wine press for their remarkable organoleptic qualities.
