Those with sufficient fruit and body to cope with the high acidity were flavoury and zestful. A fairly big vintage of unripening grapes, lacking sugar and over-endowed wtih acidity.

The very talented winemaker Henri Boillot enables it to offer superb white wines, usually early, but who bonifient on 4-5 years. Its red, Volnay, especially the goats and Caillerets are generally very successful, pure, and very stylish. All wines are sold by Henry Boillot under the same label. The estate's wines are labeled "estate wines" to distinguish them from other wine purchases of grapes or grape. (Marketing 100% bottle).
