The 2004 Bordeaux red wines are classic and of good quality. While the white wines of Bordeaux are fresher, fruitier. Burgundy also suffered from very difficult climatic conditions. Namely that white wines are more successful than red wines, with fresh, balanced and floral wines. In the Rhône Valley, red wines are pleasant and good.
