Information on the vintage 1955 red Bordeaux:
A very good, somewhat underestimated yet useful vintage, now undeservingly neglected. On the whole beneficial weather conditions. A warm sunny summer, welcome showers in September and a decent-sized crop harvested in good conditions. It would seem that I have more notes than almost any vintage in the 1950s.
