1975 PAILLET (DE) 1975

Information on the vintage 1975 red Bordeaux:
Unquestionably better than the tree preceding vintages and certainly interesting, not to say challenging. Initially, I must confess, I was impressed by the '75s, but over the last decade I have noticed an imbalance between both the chateaux and the wines.
