Château Mallard-Gaulin
Mallard-Gaulin
Maison Mallard-Gaulin Burgundy and Beaujolais. Those who love wine more advanced will be filled by Chambolle-Musigny. It is without doubt the finest, most fragrant of the Côte de Nuits. In the year 2001, it is silky, delicate. Quite often colored with a ruby red dress slightly orange, fruity and velvety structure is enhanced by flavors of wood, leather and liquorice. The aromas are moving towards the cherry eau-de-vie, prunes, moss, musk and coffee. It is to be enjoyed with all small game, wild mushrooms.
