Located in the heart of the appellation Lussac Saint-Emilion, Chateau Bel-Air has 30 acres under one roof, including 21 hectares of vines. In 1978, Jean-Noel King took over the property belonging to his family for over a century. The vineyard consists of:. * 70% de Merlot.    *      15% de Cabernet Franc.    *      15% de Cabernet Sauvignon.It covers a wide plateau with areas of clay siliceous serious, the basement is composed of clay and dirt iron. The average age of vines 25 years, is very supportive of the balance of the wine. The harvests are executed only full maturity of the grapes aroma quality and the evolution of tannins depend intimately. .
