Château Fonréaud "The estate has excellent vineyard soils, mostly gravelly, which is rare in Listrac. It deliberately produces a very accessible wine due to its suppleness, naturalness, and quick aging potential, and it deserves its success. One could imagine a more complete wine, but there's no indication that the market needs more. The wines of Château Fonréaud are supple, refined, in line with the previous ten vintages." Tasting notes: "Beautiful flesh, tender wine, supple, with light tannins, very pleasant albeit lacking a strong personality."
