Château informations
Chateau Meunier St-Louis - Vineyards Pasquier-Meunier. In the middle of the field on the hills Boutenac, an old mill on the eve vines. Owned by the Miller family, the estate is managed St. Louis for 25 years by Philippe and Martine Pasquier-Meunier. Pioneers of sustainable development, they have always conducted their vineyard in sustainable agriculture. The estate is one of the top 10 of Corbières in size and volume product, which enables it to be the best equipped as possible in the winery for winemaking as well, raising the packaging. The wines are shipped in 20 years in France and abroad with a rigor and professionalism that have always satisfied the requirements of customers. Thanks to the skill of the winemakers couple of the wines are made with singularity: "a green velvet, and focused fruit with a nice balance greedy". .
