Château Meunier St-Louis - Vignobles Pasquier-Meunier In the heart of the estate, on the hills of Boutenac, an old windmill watches over the vineyards. Owned by the Meunier family, the St-Louis estate has been managed for 25 years by Philippe and Martine Pasquier-Meunier. Pioneers of sustainable development, they have always conducted their vineyard using integrated farming methods. The estate is one of the 10 largest in Corbières in terms of size and volume produced, which allows it to be as well-equipped as possible in the cellars for vinification, aging, and packaging. The wines have been shipped for 20 years in France and abroad with a rigor and professionalism that have always satisfied customer requirements. It is thanks to the winemaking couple's touch that the wines are crafted with singularity: "a velvety and fruity case carried by a beautiful, indulgent balance".
