Château Dominicain
Dominicain
It is produced from black Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah and Carignan grapes. COLLIOURES red or rosé wines are made at the beginning of the harvest before the Banyuls. These are warm and powerful wines with aromas of very ripe red fruits. Red Collioure can be kept between 5 and 10 years depending on the quality of your cellar. Rosé Collioure should be drunk young in the year following the harvest. The Whites will keep their freshness and fruit between 4 and 5 years. Open your bottles 1 hour before serving.
