It is produced from grapes Grenache Noir, Mourvedre, Syrah and Carignan, the wine red or pink COLLIOURE are prepared at the beginning of harvest before the Banyuls. These wines are warm and powerful aromas of very ripe red fruits. The Red Collioure can be kept between 5 and 10 years depending on. quality of your cellar.
