Château Bas (Le)
Bas (Le)
The wines at Chateau Netherlands takes place in barrels for the reds and the whites who make up the Cuvée du Temple tank for all other. Wines Château-Bas well-born are easier to raise. This motto drives our effort winemaking. All treatments carried out to make wine fair will be rewarded at the time of breeding. What a savings when the only job is to manage the oxygenation of our wines. The reds are racked two to three times in the winter, assembled in the spring and left to stand until bottling. This will be done one to two years after the harvest. The pinks and whites will be brought to market faster. From March to the earliest, generally Alvernègue, April or May for the South Rocks, May or June for the Temple Cuvee. Ageing on lees, which ensures, greasy and aromatic with our finest wines. .
