From glass. High, sharp nose, initially glycerol berry but becoming meatier and meatier. Palate quite fresh, with calm acids and notes mostly of smoky leather. Goes down a bit warm, but this is quite a refreshing 30-y/o Bordeaux. Yeah, above all other things, refreshment and an increasingly meaty nose. Still alive.
