Bold, rich, even dark crimson. Quite a similar nose, with perhaps a little more earthiness and touch more ripeness. Still rather dry and extracted, but there is more suppleness and sweetness to the fruit on the palate. There's a curranty character and black cherry before bug dry tannins and quite juicy acidity in a reasonable finish.
