Citran Castle is one of oldest manors Médoc. The Marquis de Donissan have ruled here for 600 years and have abandoned their castle in the middle of the 19th century. Since then, the management of wine chateau has undergone various hazards. The real boom Citran Castle dates from the 1980s when it was bought by a Japanese company has invested heavily in property.
