Château Vaucher
Vaucher
Vaucher Père et Fils - Burgundy. The appellation extends across the entire Burgundy appellation area, from Chablis to Mâconnais, covering an area of approximately 1500 ha. Maison Vaucher Père & Fils belongs to Louis and Armand COTTIN. The company's mission is to pursue quality in the Great Wines of Burgundy. This adherence to tradition and quality is in line with Burgundy's heritage spanning 1000 years. PETIT CHABLIS "VAUCHER PERE & FILS": A communal appellation, Petit Chablis is considered a primeur wine, pleasant for its vivacity & lightness. Golden color with green reflections. Nose with beautiful freshness, typical of Petit Chablis. Notes of lemon & bergamot are enhanced by an aniseed touch. It's a wine with a frank attack. In the mouth, it reveals its fruity side with citrus aromas. The whole is supported by a beautiful minerality, characteristic of the vintage.
