Château informations
Vaucher Pere et Fils - Burgundy. The appellation covers all the appellation Bourgogne, Chablis to Macon since, which represents an area of approximately 1,500 ha. The Father & Son House Vaucher belongs to Louis and Armand COTTIN. The company's mission is the pursuit of quality in the Great Wines of Burgundy. This followed the tradition and quality that is consistent with the inheritance of Burgundy since 1000 years. PETIT CHABLIS "FATHER & SON VAUCHER" Term communal, Petit Chablis is considered a new wine, enjoyable for its vivacity and lightness. Gold color with green highlights. Nose in a lovely freshness, typical of Petit Chablis. The notes of lemon and bergamot are enhanced by a touch of anise. It is a wine to attacking free. He reveals in his mouth fruity aromas of citrus. The whole is supported by a beautiful minerality, characteristic of the vintage.
